Helping You Negotiate an Effective Parenting Plan

In Connecticut, the concept formerly known as visitation is now referred to as parenting time, which is governed by a parenting plan. We work with men and women who wish to establish a parenting plan that is in the best interests of their minor children while protecting and maintaining their relationship as a parent.

We will work with you to formulate a plan that allows you to participate in a nurturing relationship with your minor children, negotiating the terms of a parenting plan if at all possible. If you are unable to amicably resolve disputes regarding parenting time or the terms of a parenting plan, we will advocate on your behalf with the court or with a guardian ad litem. If the court or the guardian ad litem requests or requires psychological evaluations or family relations evaluations, we will work to protect your interests.

Over 20 Years of Experience Handling Visitation and Parenting Plans

We also handle all matters related to requests for relocation, whether you are the custodial or non-custodial parent. We will work with you to help establish new visitation arrangements that are in the best interests of your children while protecting your rights as a parent.
